Morning: The 2-degree challenge 
In an interactive simulation, you take control of a company. Every decision impacts profit, climate protection, and social responsibility – and you'll experience firsthand what conflicting goals feel like in real life. 

Afternoon: Expert insights at VAUDE  

Drawing on more than 16 years of our own transformation, we will show you how VAUDE approaches and implements sustainable business strategy within its corporate strategy. Our experts provide in-depth insights into success factors, concrete practical examples, and strategies. During a campus tour, participants will learn about VAUDE's work environments and various divisions from an economic, social, and environmental perspective – thus enabling the transfer of the simulation into their own corporate reality.
