Projects of the VAUDE ACADEMY

INEBB 2 (2020 – 2022)

Implementation of sustainability and digital competence in company training

Project

The transfer project [INEBB2] is based on the findings and developments of the project “INEBB” from the Model tests BBNE 2015-2019 of the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (BIBB).

The network partners develop on the basis of an excellent starting product, the targeted integration of operational stakeholders, large corporate networks and a high communicative reach Federal Association for Sustainability (Berlin), VAUDE Sport GmbH & Co. KG (Tettnang) comkomm corporate communications and brand management GmbH (Berlin), IHK project company mbH (Frankfurt/Oder) and University of Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (St. Augustin) with the support of German Network for Business Ethics (DNWE), Further training company of the IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg gGmbH and the IHK Bildungsakademie Magdeburg GmbH a viable business model for the sustainability and digital skills development of company training staff.

The goal of this project

The main goals of this transfer project, in which the VAUDE Academy is involved, are the consistently practice-oriented, marketable, application-related and successful dissemination as well as long-term consolidation of the INEBB training by means of a regional, a lateral and a vertical transfer. The new standard job description positions “Environment and Sustainability” and “Digital Working Environment” are given special consideration.

Two separate strands (regional and vertical) are supplemented by the joint lateral transfer (supplement of further training to digital skills and adaptation for other professional groups/sectors). As a contribution to education and transfer research, the aim is to work out the success factors of different types of transfer and to analyze and test different strategies and methods for this.

The building blocks of success

The network partners, to which the VAUDE Academy also belongs, work with the following success factors during the transfer:

  • the provision as a blended learning format
  • its integration of further training into at least one private-sector further training platform
  • admission to the further training program of IHKen
  • the selection and training of a lecturer tribe
  • the long-term, attractively priced and permanent establishment as a permanent offer for operational practice

Central to this is ensuring broad scaling through strong network and associated partners.

The project is supplemented by an overall project advisory board made up of institutional actors and those involved in vocational training.

Sustainable management? Become crisis-proof and future-proof? Establish the right processes in the company? All of this needs to be learned.

In order to holistically anchor the transformation towards sustainable management in companies, the appropriate knowledge is required. This is the only way change can be created from within. ANAKO offers practice-oriented workshops for all employees and HR managers who want to achieve exactly that. The individual modules are offered together by the Federal Association for Sustainability (BVNG) and the VAUDE Academy for sustainable management.
